PRELIMINARY MARKETING PLAN

 

 

  1. In-depth consultation with sellers, including market analysis.
  2. Complete listing file – MLS input, show instructions, ad copy.
  3. Install “For Sale” sign.
  4. Install lock box.
  5. Send mortgage info request letter,
  6. Search prospects on computer.
  7. Contact agents showing similarly-priced properties.
  8. Talk enthusiastically about property at office sales meeting.
  9.  Prepare treats for and attend to agents’ sales tour.
  10.  Arrange photos.
  11.  Prepare in-house fliers for agents and distribute.
  12.  Design custom brochures for listing.
  13.  Make available brochures for prospects or agents.
  14.  CONTACT OWNER regarding associates comments and review showing procedures.
  15.  Follow-up showings with agents.
  16.  CONTACT OWNER showing follow-ups – comments and activity.
  17.  Schedule and prepare for Open House.
  18.  CONTACT OWNER on follow-up comments from open house.
  19.  Review Market Analysis and meet with sellers to consider price adjustment as indicated.
  20.  Search for prospects whose present homes may be under contract.
